Junior Leaf Assembly 12/11/21

Dear Parents,

Leaf Assembly

Your child has been awarded a leaf. You are invited to join us virtually for the presentation.

Our final leaf assembly of the year will be held on Friday 12th November 9.30am. Unfortunately, due to rising cases in the local area, the assembly will be virtual and will be held on TEAMS.

The children will come into the hall in two groups (upper school and lower school). The rest of the children will watch the presentation of awards from their classrooms ( via Teams).

The running order will be:

· Lower school 9.30-10.00am

· Upper school 10.00-10.30am

Please be aware that these timings are approximate. We may run over slightly as we have so many children who are due to celebrate their special moment!

Please be aware, if your child does not have photo consent, they will not be permitted to receive their leaf on camera. The will still receive their leaf off camera.

I look forward to sharing your child’s special moment with you. I am looking forward to the time when we can have our first leaf assembly in person since the pandemic began. At the current time, the virtual option is the safest way we can share your child’s achievements with you.

Yours sincerely,

Mrs J Nash
