Parent Questionnaire Summary

Dear Parents,

Thank you to all of the parents who completed our questionnaire. We are constantly working to improve our service and provide the best education for your children. Overall, we were pleased with the outcome of the survey and would like to share the outcomes with you. The written comments were particularly interesting to read and provided a range of viewpoints. These will be used to inform our actions going forward.

We received a 4 star rating for the quality of home learning, and for the parents consultations through TEAMS.

We also received a 4 star rating for communicating with parents about events in school and the changing COVID requirements.

Catch Up Intervention sessions were run to support identified children. The parents of these children were informed before hand and the comments were positive and constructive.

We achieved 4 stars for welcoming staff, dealing effectively with behaviour matters and addressing any cases of bullying.

The majority of parents commented that the standard of behaviour in school was good.

Parents scored the school well on the question about Christian ethos and pupils well-being and 92% stated that their children were happy to come to school.

There were many comments thanking the staff for their care and support during the last few years and acknowledging the continued hard work of staff to provide a good education in difficult circumstances.

There were also some very constructive and useful comments about how things could be improved in the event of future remote learning needs.

Thank you for those comments and suggestions. We will do our best to address some of the difficulties that families faced during that time. However, it must also be recognised that an arrangement that is ideal for one family is not for another.

We as a school have to try and find the best model to meet the needs of all parents and children. Your suggestions and feedback have proved very informative.

Thank you.
