Health and Well Being - Junior School Survey (Closing 9/2/2024)

Dear Parents,

We are currently working to further develop our Mental Health and Well Being offer. We would appreciate it if you could complete the survey below. It will take about 15 minutes of your time but will be invaluable in helping us to gather your views on this matter.

There will be a separate survey for the infant school. Therefore, please answer the questions on this survey with just the junior school in mind. If you have children at both schools and are able to complete the infant survey too that would be helpful.
