Dunfield Refund

Dunfield Refund

Dear Parents,

It is unlikely/ unknown if Year 4 children will return to school before September. Therefore we need to arrange refunds for the Dunfield Visit. There are two options available to you:

1. We will send you confirmation of the amount that you have paid towards the trip and this will be held in school and used towards the Year 6 residential to the Pioneer Centre in October 2021. We would normally start collecting deposits and payments from the autumn term when the children move into year 5 (October 2020). Rather than a refund you may choose to use it towards that visit.

2. Alternatively you may wish to receive a cheque refund that will be posted to your home address. We are unable to provide cash or refund through SIMSPAY. We are limiting access to the school building and so there will be no option to collect the refund in person.

Please email the school to confirm which option you prefer. If you do not inform us of your decision the money will be held on your account until the Autumn Term.

If you would like a cheque please include the name that you would like the cheque payable to and your home address. Please remember to include your child’s name in the email. Cheques will be sent out after half term.

We will email confirmation that a cheque has been posted or confirmation of the amount that you wish to hold on account towards the Pioneer Visit.
